CHOCOLATE FUDGE BROWNIES 
1 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1-2 c. chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease and flour 9x13 inch cake pan. In small bowl beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time until very light. Beat in melted chocolate and vanilla. Blend in dry ingredients just until combined. Stir in nuts.

Turn into prepared pan, spreading evenly. Bake 30 minutes or until done when toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Cut into squares with sharp knife. Let cool completely in pan. Great frosted or not.
