CHOCOLATE FUDGE BROWNIES 
4 sqs. (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate
1 c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

In medium saucepan over medium heat, melt chocolate and butter, stir to mix. Break eggs into mixing bowl, but do not beat. Add sugar, flour, vanilla and salt to eggs; mix well. Stir in chocolate mixture. Pour mixture into ungreased 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven 35 to 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry. Do not over-bake. Let brownies cool in pan before cutting into squares.
