SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
2-3 lbs. pork loin chops
1 sm. onion
1 med. green pepper
Water chestnuts
Sprouts

Roast pork chops, drain off fat and cool. Cut pork chops in bite-size pieces. Saute the onion and green pepper 5 minutes.

SAUCE:

1/3 c. sugar
4 tbsp. soy sauce
Juice from 20 oz. can pineapple chunks
2 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. ketchup

Combine above ingredients and thicken with 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and 1/3 cup of water. Simmer about 20 minutes. Add pork, pineapple, onion, pepper, water chestnuts and sprouts.
