RHUBARB KUCHEN 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. sugar
Pinch of salt

Into this, work 2 tablespoons butter, add 1 beaten egg. Then moisten with milk to make dough to roll out. Dough will raise a little, so may appear uneven. Roll in to fit 9 x 13 inch pan.

Mix and pour on top of dough:

4 c. diced rhubarb
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cream
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. flour

Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
