PIG CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix (18 1/2 oz.)
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter, softened
1 can mandarin oranges (11 oz.), drained
1/2 c. orange juice

ICING:

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 bowl Cool Whip (4 1/2 oz.)
1 can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cake mix, orange juice and butter; beat well. Add eggs, one at a time and beat after each one. Beat all 4 minutes. Add oranges and beat until blended. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool before icing.

ICING: Add pineapple juice to pudding mix and mix well, add powdered sugar, vanilla and pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip. Ice cake in pan.
