PINEAPPLE CHEESE MOLD SALAD 
2 pkgs. (3 oz.) lime or lemon Jello
1 c. evaporated milk
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. nutmeats

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill until firm.
