PINEAPPLE LIME SALAD MOLD 
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 (3 oz.) lime gelatin
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Bring 1 cup water to a boil. Add gelatin until dissolved. Add remaining 1/2 cup cold water and lemon juice.

Gradually add to cream cheese. Mix until blended. Chill until thick, but not set. Fold in marshmallows, pineapple and nuts. Pour in mold. Chill until firm. Unmold on plate lined with lettuce.
