PEACH - PINEAPPLE MOLDED SALAD 
1 lg. can sliced peaches, drained
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
3/4 c. miniature marshmallows
1 lg. box orange Jello
2 c. boiling water

Drain fruit and chill (save juice). Dissolve Jello in boiling water and add 1 cup fruit juice. Chill until slightly congealed. Add fruit and marshmallows. Put in an 11 x 7 x 2 inch pan and chill until firm. Then add topping and return to refrigerator until firm.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 c. fruit juice
1 tbsp. butter

Cook these ingredients over medium heat until it thickens. Cool and add 1 cup whipped cream. Spread over top of Jello-fruit mixture. Top with grated cheese. Chill until firm. Cut and serve.
