PEACH - PINEAPPLE SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. peach flavored gelatin
2 c. boiling water
2 c. cold water
1 (No. 2) can fruit cocktail, drained
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. fruit juice (saved from pineapple & fruit cocktail)
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg, well beaten
8 oz. cream cheese
1 sm. carton whipped topping

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water, fruit cocktail and crushed pineapple. Add marshmallows. Mix well. Chill until firm.

Combine fruit juice, sugar, flour, butter and egg. Cook over low heat until smooth, stirring constantly. Add cream cheese. Cool. Add whipped topping to cooked mixture. Frost gelatin mixture with cooked mixture.

NOTE: If you have more than 1 cup of juice from the fruit you have drained, substitute it for part of the cold water.
