CHEDDAR-PINEAPPLE MOLDED SALAD 
2 pkgs. gelatin
1 (No. 2 or 2 1/2) can crushed pineapple in own juice
Juice of 1 lemon
1 c. cheddar cheese
1/2 pt. whipping cream or 1 pkg. Dream Whip
1/2 c. cold water

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. green bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. chopped celery

Put gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water for 10 minutes. Heat pineapple and lemon juice; add gelatin to hot mixture; cool. When above is set, add cheddar cheese and cream (whipped). Turn into mold.

DRESSING: Mix all ingredients together and chill.
