CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER SNAPPERS 
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. light corn syrup
3 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
12 oz. peanut butter chips
Granulated sugar

Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; set aside. In a large bowl - combine butter, 1 cup sugar and egg; beat with electric mixer at medium speed until creamy, about 3-5 minutes. Mix in corn syrup and melted chocolate.

Blend in flour mixture; stir in peanut butter chips. Shape into balls, using a well-rounded teaspoon of dough for each; roll in granulated sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Remove and place on wire racks to cool completely.
