HOT CHEESE DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
4 oz. pkg. dried beef, chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Blend together and spread in oven-proof pie pan suitable for serving. Saute 1/2 cup chopped pecans in 1 1/2 tablespoons butter and 1/2 teaspoon salt (scant). Sprinkle over top. (Can be refrigerated at this point.)

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve warm on Old London Sesame Crackers.
