HOT CHEESE AND SAUSAGE DIP 
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, melted
1 lb. hot sausage
1 pkg. Good Seasons garlic salad dressing mix
1 lg. can evaporated milk

Cook sausage, drain and crumble. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
