HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. melted butter (save 1/4 c.)
8 oz. sour cream
2 c. shredded cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Mix all ingredients together except 1/4 c. butter. Mix corn flakes with 1/4 c. butter.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until slightly brown.
