STREUSEL TOPPED APPLE PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
6 to 8 med. apples (about 3 or 4 c.)
2 tbsp. butter

Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix with apples. Fill a 9 inch unbaked pastry shell. Top with Streusel Topping. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1 c. all-purpose or self-rising flour
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter

In a bowl, mix together topping ingredients.
