SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
8 oz. pork sausage
1 med. onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. canned milk
Salt & pepper

Mix beef, sausage, onion and garlic with egg. Add bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Form into small meat balls and brown in small amount vegetable oil. Drain skillet, removing excess oil and meat fat. Pour 1 can mushroom soup into skillet, slowly stir in 1 can milk into soup. Add meat balls and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
