2 c. cooked mashed potatoes
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
2 eggs, beaten

Cook potatoes and mash. Add sugar and pudding, vanilla and eggs, milk and butter. Pour mixture into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until firm.
