CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lb. pkg. raw cranberries (grind peel and all)
1 lemon (grind peel and all)
2 oranges (grind peel and all)
3 apples (grind peel and all)
2 c. sugar
1 c. nuts, cut fine
4 bananas, mashed (use no peel)
1 can crushed pineapple, drain, save juice
2 sm. boxes cherry jello

Use 1 cup hot water to dissolve both packages of jello. When dissolved, add pineapple juice plus enough water to make 3 cups. While jello is setting, grind up all other fruit and mix it with sugar, nuts, pineapple and mashed bananas. When jello is nearly set, add fruit mixture. Return to refrigerator and allow to set until firm. Serves 8-10.
