SHELLS AND COTTAGE CHEESE 
cottage cheese
box of small shells (noodles)
butter
salt and pepper

Boil shells as directed on box. Drain. Return shells to pot, add cottage cheese and butter, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. You can add more cottage cheese on top of individual servings or serve as is out of the pot.

Great quick meal that kids love!

Surprisingly scrumptious for such a simple recipe! I made a rather large bowlful because I was trying to use up the cottage cheese I had on hand before its sell-by date. For the "second round" I added some spices (paprika, parsley), a small amount grated Italian cheese, topped it with seasoned bread crumbs and baked it in a small casserole dish just long enough to warm through a brown slightly on top. Thank you so much for contributing toward making a very busy day a little easier!
