COFFEE CAKE FOR COMPANY 
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 2 (9") round cake pans. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs until mixture is light and fluffy. Add vanilla. Combine flour and soda; add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream. Divide batter evenly in pans, spreading filling on top. In bowl, combine flour, sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle streusel topping over pie filling. Bake 25 to 35 minutes.
