FRUITED COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
2 eggs
3/4 c. butter
1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling

Mix all ingredients into crumbly mixture with hands. Spread 2/3 in a buttered baking pan, 9"x13". Spread can of pie filling over crumbs. Spread rest of cake mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
