SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. pkg. spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 eggs, well beaten
1 lb. ground beef, or bulk pork sausage
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can (1 c.) tomatoes, cut up
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Cook spaghetti and drain. Stir butter, Parmesan cheese and eggs together; mix with the spaghetti. Form into a crust in buttered 10 inch pie plate.

In skillet, cook beef and onion. Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar and garlic salt.

Spread cottage cheese over the crust. Fill with the tomato mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and bake 5 minutes longer, or until cheese melts.
