CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 green pepper (optional)
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
6 oz. tomato sauce

CHEESE TOPPING:

8 oz. wedge mellow Cheddar cheese, grated
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. each salt, dry mustard, and Worcestershire sauce

Make pastry for 9 inch one crust pie. Brown beef; mix in the rest of ingredients, except topping. Spread in pastry lined pan. Spread cheese topping over filling. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
