PASTA AND VEGGIES 
1 sm. zucchini, sliced very thin
1 onion, sliced
1 can whole tomatoes, mostly drained and cut into pieces OR fresh tomatoes, cut up OR Contadina brand pasta-ready tomatoes)
1/2 lb. spaghetti or angel hair pasta
Fresh or canned mushrooms
Basil
Garlic
4-8 oz. Mozzarella, shredded
4-8 oz. bacon, crumbled (optional)

Cook zucchini, onions, mushrooms in pan in olive oil until slightly crunchy. Add tomatoes and spices. Combine all with cooked spaghetti or pasta. Add and mix cheese and/or bacon. Add Parmesan at the table.

NOTE: This is my own recipe, so I don't have exact amounts. But it always seems to turn out well!!
