8 to 10 potatoes, cooked & mashed

Add: 1 pt. sour cream 1 stick butter 1 tsp. onion salt 1 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 c. milk or more to make mix fluffy

Whip together and have a consistency of fluffy mashed potatoes. Place in a casserole. These can be made a day or so ahead. Heat in 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes.
