LEMON PUDDING CAKE 
4 eggs
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
3/4 c. corn oil
3/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind

Mix all the above ingredients together well. Bake in ungreased 13x9 pan at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until it springs back when touched lightly in the center.

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
Juice of 1 lemon

Mix these together and spread over warm cake.
