WILD RICE HOT DISH 
1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1/4 lb. bacon, cut into 1" pieces
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. wild rice, washed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 c. milk
1/4 c. cashews or water chestnuts (opt.)

In skillet, saute beef or turkey, bacon, celery and onion for 10 minutes. Drain off excess fat. Add rice, soups, mushrooms, milk and optional ingredients. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
