STUFFED SHELLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
1 jar (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
25 jumbo shells
Water
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. oil
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Parmesan cheese, grated

Brown meat with onion and season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic. Drain off excess fat. Mix in half of the spaghetti sauce. Simmer 5 minutes. Cook shells in water, salt and oil until tender, about 12 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Using a teaspoon, fill shells with meat mixture. Cover bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with spaghetti sauce. Arrange shells in single rows side by side. Spoon remaining sauce over shells. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, uncover and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts.
