STUFFED SHELLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 c. cottage cheese
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
10-15 shells
1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce or your own sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
Parmesan cheese

Brown beef and garlic; drain fat. Blend next four ingredients in bowl. Stir in ground beef. Fill each noodle with cheese-meat filling. Place in 9x13 pan; cover with sauce. Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese. Cover; bake at 325 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Remove foil last 10 minutes.
