RUSSIAN JULIENNE 
6 chicken breast
4 big potatoes, thinly sliced
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
white onion, 2 sliced rings
mayonnaise
5 tomatoes
2 cups cheese, shredded
vegetable oil

Cut chicken into strips approximately 2x3-inch. Grease the pan with oil. Layer the pan with chicken first, then rings of onion. Add a layer of sliced mushrooms; topping with a layer of thinly sliced potatoes. Spoon on mayo, spread to cover entire potato layer

Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes, check for softness of potatoes. Add layer of cheese, then tomatoes. Return to oven until cheese is melted.
