1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
3 eggs

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pie pan. Beat all ingredients until smooth, 1 minute with mixer. Pour into pan. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
