1 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick mix
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded cheese

Heat oven to 400. Grease pie plate.

Cook ground beef and onion until brown and drain. Salt and pepper. Spread in pie pan. Beat milk, eggs and Bisquick until smooth. Pour into pie pan.
