1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
1 c. Cheddar cheese shredded
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs

Brown beef and drain. Lightly grease 10 inch pie plate. Combine beef, onion, taco seasoning, salt and pepper. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over ground beef mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.

NOTE: If using 9 inch pie pan, decrease milk to 1 cup, baking mix to 1/2 cup and eggs to 2.
