1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes
1 c. shredded cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie plate. Brown beef and onion, drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in plate. Beat milk, baking mix and eggs 15 seconds in blender. Pour into plate. Bake 40 to 45 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake until cheese melts, 5 to 8 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
