IMPOSSIBLE CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs, beaten
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in plate. Beat milk, Bisquick mix, and eggs until smooth 15 seconds in blender or high for 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Bake 25 minutes; top with tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 to 8 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
