SPOON BREAD 
1 stick of butter
1 can fresh like whole kernel corn (don't drain)
1 can fresh like cream corn
1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
1 (8 oz.) container of sour cream
1 egg

Mix all together and pour into a 2 quart greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
