EASY CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1/2 stick butter
1 c. raw rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 frying chicken
1 env. Lipton onion soup

Heat oven to 350 degrees. As oven heats, melt butter in baking dish. Remove melted butter from and stir rice into butter. Dilute cream of mushroom soup with 1 can of water and pour over rice. Place pieces of raw chicken in mixture and sprinkle on onion soup mix. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Cook 1 hour or until rice is soft.
