EASY CHICKEN & RICE CASSEROLE 
1 broiler fryer, cut up or mixed chicken parts
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 c. uncooked reg. rice

Put rice in a 9 x 13 inch greased baking dish. Mix celery and mushroom soup with milk. Pour over rice and sprinkle onion soup mix over top. Place chicken parts over top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remove foil for the last 15 minutes and let chicken pieces brown. Serves 6.
