CAESAR SALAD 
2 garlic cloves, pushed through a press
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. plus 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 medium head Romaine lettuce, cut into bite sized pieces
garlic croutons

In a food processor, process garlic, mayonnaise, lemon juice and worcestershire sauce until smooth. Add olive oil and 2 Tbsp. cheese; blend just to combine. Toss lettuce with dressing until evenly coated. Divide on plates; top with garlic croutons and remaining Parmesan cheese.
