GREEK ROTINI SALAD 
1 lb. twist macaronis
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 cucumber, sliced
1/2 green pepper in pieces
20 black olives, halved
20 green olives, halved
8 radishes, sliced
1/4 c. green scallion slices
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 1/2 c. feta cheese, crumbled

Cook and drain twist macaroni. Mix in jar the following: Lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic. Shake well. Toss vegetables, macaroni and cheese. Pour dressing over just before serving.
