ROTINI MACARONI SALAD 
8 oz. rotini, cooked and drained
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. chopped cucumber
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. dry mustard

Mix and pour over macaroni; best if let set a few hours.
