HAM BALLS IN ZESTY SAUCE 
2 lbs. ground ham
2 lbs. ground beef (lean)
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. graham cracker crumbs

SAUCE:

1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Combine meat, milk, eggs and crumbs. Mix well, form in balls, place in flat pan. Combine sauce, pour over meat balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Baste while cooking.
