MEXICAN CORN CHIP SAUCE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburg
1 1/2 lbs. sweet sausage
1 med. onion
1-2 chopped tomatoes
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese (mild Mexican)
Tortilla chips

Fry hamburg, sausage and onion; drain. Add cut up cheese, melt. Stir in tomatoes. Serve over tortillas or corn chips. May use hot Mexican Velveeta, depending on taste. May serve with a salad as a main dish.
