BARBECUE RIBS AND SAUCE 
Bake ribs at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour, then drain off fat, then cover with sauce. Lower temperature to 350 degrees and bake 1 1/2 hours.

SAUCE FOR RIBS:

1 c. catsup
1 c. water
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. salt
1 onion
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. dry mustard

Heat above ingredients to a boil and pour over ribs and bake. Turn ribs in sauce while baking, uncovered.
