HOLIDAY RUTABEGA CASSEROLE | |
1 med. rutabega, cut up 12-15 Saltine crackers, crushed 1/2 stick butter 1/3 c. white sugar 1/2 c. cream or canned milk undiluted 1 egg Cook rutabega until tender; drain and mash. It can be cooked in pressure cooker for 4-5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix together. Put in a buttered baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes in a 325-350 degree oven. |
