FRIED CHEESE BALLS 
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 egg whites
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
Vegetable oil

Combine cheese, egg whites, flour and hot sauce. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place cheese balls on wax paper and chill 1 hour.

Pour oil to a depth of 2 inches into a Dutch oven; heat to 375 degrees. Fry cheese balls in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve immediately.
