HOMEMAKERS HOLIDAY CASSEROLE 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
1/4 lb. processed cheese, grated
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Cook macaroni according to directions; drain. Combine soup, milk, green pepper, onion, black pepper, and cheese; cook over low heat stirring occasionally until cheese melts.

Put half of cooked macaroni in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Pour half of cheese sauce over macaroni and half of tuna. Add remaining macaroni, sauce, and tuna; bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 5.
