DIET CHICKEN CACCIATORE | |
3 whole chicken breasts, split 1 Bermuda onion, cut into 6 slices 1 env. (1 1/2 oz.) spaghetti sauce mix 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes Brown chicken breast in a large non-stick skillet; arrange in single layer in an 8-ounce shallow casserole. Top each breast with an onion slice. Blend spaghetti sauce mix into drippings in skillet; stir in tomatoes. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Spoon around chicken breast and onions. Cover casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Makes 6 servings (117 calories each). |
