DIET CHICKEN 
Skinless, boneless chicken breasts (as many pieces as you want)
Any kind of fresh vegetables or 2 frozen vegetables
Mushrooms (fresh)
Basil (fresh or dried)
Garlic (as much as you like)
Very thin egg noodles (approximately 3/4 c. cooked per person)

Cut chicken into small pieces. Fry in 1 tablespoon olive oil until lightly brown. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Fry approximately 1 minute. Chop or slice all veggies. Put all cooked chicken pieces and vegetables in a deep pot. Add herbs and garlic, 3/4 cup white cooking wine. Cover all with water and bring pot to boil. Boil for 20 minutes, then drop in noodles. Bring back to a boil and boil noodles 5 to 6 minutes.
