DIET CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
6 chicken breasts, skinned & boned, cut in strips
1 green pepper in strips
1 lb. tomatoes, peeled
1 med. onion
1/2 c. chicken bouillon (if needed)
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms in juice
1/4 tsp. oregano

Sear chicken in 2 tablespoons butter until white. Add onions; sprinkle generously with seasoned salt and garlic powder. Add oregano. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Add mushrooms, green pepper and tomatoes. Simmer 1 hour. Serve over rice.
